No! Apt CoWork offers non-resident subscriptions. Because pricing varies based on the home community, go to www.aptcowork.com to learn more. Non-residents are required to complete a criminal background check prior to being approved.
What are the hours of Apt CoWork?
Apt CoWork is open 7 days a week during business hours. Apt CoWork will extend hours as the community extends hours.
I travel around the country; can I use other
Apt CoWork locations?
With a complimentary resident subscription, you are able to use Apt CoWork in your home community.Apt CoWork will soon be releasing a new paid subscription to allow the use of any Apt CoWork location across the country.

Yes! Apt CoWork at The Marq at Highland Park features a conference area and one privacy pod. Privacy pods provide 360-degree wall coverage to eliminate distractions and allow subscribers to focus on their work.
